Duchess Kate’s younger sister, 32, turned heads in the orange-and-blue–striped Tabitha Webb Edie dress featuring a fitted, ’60s-style silhouette with a high neckline and a pleated skirt. (While Middleton snagged the style before the mass market, the frock is available for preorder for £321 — or $ 418 — at tabithawebb.co.uk.) The royal-in-law accessorized with gold-rimmed sunglasses, a round-face watch, gray suede pointed-toe pumps and a sky-blue clutch.
